Mia Durham is serving her first term as a member of the Yocha Dehe Wintun Nation Tribal Council after being elected in January 2009. As the youngest member of the Tribal Council, Mia brings a youthful exuberance to the leadership group.
Leland Kinter was born in Woodland and is a life-long Yolo County resident. He rejoined the Yocha Dehe Wintun Nation Tribal Council in January 2009 as tribal secretary after previously serving on the Council from 1994-1999. Leland is the chair of the Tribal Gaming Agency and the Cultural Committee, and is a member of the Yocha Dehe School Board, and the Property, Farm and Ranch Committee.
Anthony Roberts is tribal treasurer of the Yocha Dehe Wintun Nation Tribal Council. He has served the Council since 2000 and was elected treasurer in 2006. Anthony is actively involved in the tribal community, serving as chair the Yocha Dehe School Board, vice chair for the Fire Commission, treasurer for the Health and Wellness Committee, member of the Cultural Committee, and commissioner for the Yocha Dehe Tribal Gaming Agency.
Chairman McKay leads Yocha Dehe’s elected tribal council, governing body of the sovereign tribal nation, and oversees operations for the Tribe and their business enterprises. A cornerstone of Chairman McKay’s leadership is his commitment to cultural renewal and preservation, and his focus on economic development, which helps to secure the independence of the Tribe.
