Leland Kinter was born in Woodland and is a life-long Yolo County resident. He rejoined the Yocha Dehe Wintun Nation Tribal Council in January 2009 as tribal secretary after previously serving on the Council from 1994-1999. Leland is the chair of the Tribal Gaming Agency and the Cultural Committee, and is a member of the Yocha Dehe School Board, and the Property, Farm and Ranch Committee.
Anthony Roberts is tribal treasurer of the Yocha Dehe Wintun Nation Tribal Council. He has served the Council since 2000 and was elected treasurer in 2006. Anthony is actively involved in the tribal community, serving as chair the Yocha Dehe School Board, vice chair for the Fire Commission, treasurer for the Health and Wellness Committee, member of the Cultural Committee, and commissioner for the Yocha Dehe Tribal Gaming Agency.
The Tribe employs a state-of-the art electrodialysis reversal (EDR) water treatment system, which exceeds the “best available technology” standard and is among the most advanced treatment systems in Northern California.
