Integrity and honest gaming

The Tribal Gaming Agency (TGA) was established in order to ensure a positive gaming experience for all patrons at Cache Creek Casino Resort. We are committed to the integrity of our business and to honest gaming.

The TGA conducts background investigations on all prospective employees, who must be licensed prior to working at the casino. The TGA is composed of three commissioners, an executive director, and licensing, surveillance and investigative staff.

The TGA tests each slot machine to ensure the games are fair for patrons, resolves disputes over the play or operation of games, and works with both state and federal regulators, the National Indian Gaming Commission, California Gambling Control Commission and Division of Gambling Control to ensure the integrity of gaming at Cache Creek Casino Resort.
