Vickie Mandy is a fire captain with the Yocha Dehe Fire Department. She started her fire service career in 1992 as a reserve firefighter with the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection.

Vickie holds a Master of Business Administration and teaches fire technology classes at Woodland Community College.
